eFavormart - UNETHICAL COMPANY BEWARE
I placed an order with Efavormart on Monday, February 26th and paid EXTRA (more than my items cost) for expedited shipping to ensure that I received it by Friday, March 2nd since the event I am hosting is on Saturday, March 2nd. I get a confirmation email stating that my order will arrive on Thursday,March 1st.
Here it is Friday and I still haven't received my order. I contacted Livechat CSR where the Rep "Richard" informs me that my order was delivered today and proceeds to refuse to offer me a full refund as I requested. He sends me a tracking number which confirms that my package wont be delivered until End of Business on Monday, March 4th. OMG, that's 5 days after I was initially told.
Richard still refused to offer me a full refund, only a 15 % rebate offer. He told me that he would be recalling the order back to the warehouse and when it arrives back they will refund the order.
But he couldnt tell me how long it takes. PLEASE BE WARE, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE FRAUDS.
Reason of review: Problem with delivery.
Monetary Loss: $61.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
eFavormart Cons: Customer service, Unable to contact other than chat, Illegal business practices.
