I keep receiving the wrong items. This is the second time for the same order.

Questions about items needing to be returned and the partial credit given. There are items I wish to return for full credit.
The items are no longer needed. I do not wish to keep them.
This was my reason for requesting a full refund. I would really appreciate a call from a representative versus texting so I can fully explain my problem.

I placed the order and I had to send the order by due to the wrong colors. I spoke with one of the reps she asked me to send it back to the address that was listed on the package and to email the confirmation number once I did it, I sign it off and I emailed her, the package was delivered on December 12 by the facility. I am waiting on a refund I have wrote Numerous of email no one has responded.

Verified ReviewerCan’t get what I paid for , was lied to and my information isn’t recognized now when I attempt to contact them as I paid for this item when I ordered it to not be shipped and available after the fact
Charged me and took my money for an item that was in the order that was obviously not available. Shipment was delayed twice by significant amount of time yet was not immediately contacted about it due to inconvenience.
I was told I could replace the item which I needed. It was a cake server and knife if that says anything With a different product of the same price or for my inconvenience they would cover the additional expense of up to 25% of the cost of the product that 25% was a mirror $2.25. Nothing of the same price or less was available. I contacted customer service.
They understood the issue. I chose a product That with tax and was $1.14 more they assured me the issue was resolved and my item would be shipped and I would have it before my event date two hours later in the middle of the night receiving an email saying I owe $1.14 my item would not be shipped After spending almost an hour total of my time dealing with emails and delays over this one item which honestly I feel should not have been charged to my account if he had not even shipped to leave to come to me and the customer service agent even has gone as far as removing my email because when I try to speak to them all because to chat you have to provide your email.
It no longer recognizes my email , I have sent messages and contacted during the hours that they say that that is available to receive no call back or should I say chat back email or to be able to speak with an agent I would never deal with this on professionalism again its true you get what you pay for cheap, cheap cheap. You are getting married or having any special event you would not want to rely on them.

Billing and shipping
My customer information obviously was deleted after the chat I had which was supposed to, but no big deal and resolve the issue during their hours not able to contact them they keep kicking me off a chat as theyve had my money for a product that never originally shipped it has been delayed twice and it supposed to arrive maybe at the time of or after the event
