I ordered tablecloths and few other items for my cousins out of town baby shower. My items were suppose to be shipped for receipt the day before the shower.

When not received I called to check on the shipment. The items were never sent! Why?? There was one item on backorder so the vendor decided it would be a good idea to hold the entire order instead of shipping what they did have.

You canโ€™t imagine the frustration I felt! Customer service was horribly accommodating and felt that they did their job by sending an email that likely went into spam. I finally convinced them after a 20 min conversation that they were in the wrong for a credit however the credit ended up on a gift card that I no longer have. All in all, this would have been fine however their customer service does not take ownership and did not look for ways to help the customer.

Everything is Iโ€™m sorry but we canโ€™t do anything. So, donโ€™t do it!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $130.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

eFavormart Cons: Dont inform customers of changes, Customer service, I do not like that they do not have a customer service number.
