I have an event next week i didnt not receive my order . I am very upset i have ordered from this company frequently. I will not receive it in time , the order was suppose to arrive on last friday

I got home late friday . I was expecting a package on my porch & there was none , waited until Saturday to see if i would have luck . Still nothing can i be refunded so that i can find some somewhere else

Return labels

It's been several weeks and no one returned with the correct barcode for UPS to scan the one that was provided did not work. I need my refund and I have my invoices.So someone say try once more time to reach them and than call the better business bureau.

Package

This has NO BARRING ON YOU AT ALL!!! But, my package was misplaced for one week. I thought it was stolen. Due to the goodness of your heart and such excellent customer service, you were willing to work with me to reimburse me or send another package. (my choice) I chose for you to re-send the same thing again, and you DID!! THANK YOU!!! I wanted to re-send the prior package back, once it showed up a week or really 2 weeks later. Instead, you said to keep it and bless someone with it. That is awesome!
